Product Description
Trinity Automatic Self Cleaning filters are used in applications where continuous filtration is required without replacement of filter consumables and without operator exposure. Self cleaning filters consist of filter housing wedge wire media filter element, Scrapper system, differential pressure measuring instruments, auto control discharge system and scrapper driving system.
Application Of Self Cleaning Filters:
Food and beverage industries like chewing gum base, chocolate, sauces, corn syrup, juices, candy, cooking oil, etc. Inks and coatings like solvents, water and paint clear coat, inks, automotive coatings, industrial coatings, lacquers, wax, varnish, adhesives, etc. Cosmetics like toothpaste, lotions, soaps, mouthwash, mineral oils, etc. Chemical processing like lube oil, grease, wax, paraffin, petrochemicals, fuel oil, catalyst recovery, etc. Oil and gas industries like crude oil, drilling fluids, completion fluids, catalyst recovery, etc. Metal finishing like machine coolants, plating solutions, stripping solutions, hydraulic press oil, etc. Recycling industries like automotive oil, anti-freeze and hydraulic oil, etc.
